Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a comfortable throwaway diaper to a user, by comprising a back sheet layer which does not transmit the vapor, a liquid transmitting top sheet layer, an absorber positioned between the back sheet layer and the top sheet layer, and a vapour transmitting panel, and effectively dispersing the aqueous vapour from a skin. CONSTITUTION: A throwaway diaper 10 is divided into a front waist band part 12, a rear waist band part 14, and an intermediate part 16. The front and rear waist parts 12, 14 and the intermediate part 16 have each a conventional part of an absorbable article. The absorbable article comprises a back sheet layer 20 which does not transmit the liquid, a top sheet layer 30 which transmits the liquid, and an absorber 40 positioned between the back sheet layer 20 and the top sheet layer 30. A transmitting panel 70 transmits the vapor, but does not transmit the liquid, and is extended over the waist band part of the throwaway diaper 10, while operationally connected with the back sheet layer 20. The transmitting panel 70 may be integrated with the back sheet layer 20, or can be formed as an independent part to be set in the back sheet layer 20.
