Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a change of the total capacity of a cavity portion by forming an adjusting chamber to cancel the increase and decrease of the capacity of the cavity portion with the increase and decrease of the capacity of the adjusting chamber. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 90 is formed in such a manner that the outside diameter thereof is substantially equal to the inside diameter of a pressing element 40, whereby when the partition plate is installed in a guide shaft 50, the outer peripheral surface is brought into contact with the inner surface of the pressing element 40. Thus, an adjusting chamber 91 is formed between the partition plate 90 and the pressing element 40. Accordingly, the adjusting chamber 91 is increased and decreased in its capacity according to sliding of the pressing element 40, so that a change of the total capacity of a cavity portion can be prevented.
