Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance for receiving a thrust load by efficiently supplying lubricating oil to a land part either at low-speed rotation or high-speed rotation.SOLUTION: A thrust bearing 10 includes a bearing body 20 having an insertion hole 21 into which a shaft is inserted, a thrust surface 22 formed on the bearing body and facing a thrust collar 9 in a state that the shaft is inserted into the insertion hole, a plurality of tapered parts 23 formed separately from each other in a rotation direction of the shaft on the thrust surface and inclined in a direction closer to the thrust collar as going to an outer end 23b positioned on a radial outer side from a radial inner side, and a planar land part 24 provided between the two tapered parts adjacent with each other in the rotation direction and on the radial outer side of the tapered part and flush with the outer end of the tapered part or positioned on the thrust collar side rather than the outer end.
