Abstract:
To output high thrust amplified in a direction drawing to a device side.SOLUTION: A thrust expansion device 1 is formed by separating a part configuring a thrust expansion function from an air hydraulic cylinder having an input function inputting thrust and the thrust expansion function expanding and outputting inputted thrust and making the part independent of the air hydraulic cylinder. On a device body 2, a through-hole is formed in an axial direction, which is composed of a large-diameter portion configuring a cylinder portion 21, a middle diameter portion configuring a hydraulic chamber 6, and a small-diameter portion into which an output rod 5 is inserted, and penetrates with different three inner diameters. A piston 4 is arranged in the cylinder portion 21 of the large-diameter portion, and the output rod is formed on a side of the hydraulic chamber 6 with respect to the piston 4. Thereby, thrust inputted from a connected air cylinder 100 and expanded in the hydraulic chamber 6 acts in a direction in which the piston 4 moves to a cover portion 3 side, and the output rod 5 fixed to the piston 4 outputs the expansion thrust in a direction drawn into the inside of the device body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
