Title:
THRUST MAGNETIC BEARING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3215529
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a thrust magnetic bearing device capable of being miniaturized in size and reducing the power capacity and having high reliability by providing a fluid thrust control mechanism utilizing the fluid pressure of a fine gap between a rotary disk and electromagnet stators for the position control in the axial direction via the signal of a displacement sensor.
CONSTITUTION: Air pressure paths 3A, 3B are provided on electromagnet stators 2A, 2B faced to each other at a gap of a fine interval on both sides of a rotary disk 1, and their release ports are faced to the rotary disk 1. Air intake ports 14A, 14B corresponding to spaces on both sides of the rotary disk 1 are opened to a casing 13 respectively in the spaces communicated with the fine intervals surrounded by the electromagnet stators 2A, 2B and the rotary disk 1. A fluid thrust control controller 10 is connected to a solenoid valve 11 and a regulator 12 by the signal of a thrust displacement sensor 5 so that a rotary shaft 6 fixed with the rotary disk 1 is moved to the preset target position, and the driving direction and the air pressure can be controlled.
