A stator 11 is arranged in close proximity to and facing against end surfaces 21a, 211a of an axis of rotation 2, and a magnetic path to enter an outer peripheral part end surface 21a of the axis of rotation 2 from an end surface 112a of an outer peripheral magnetic pole part 112 of the stator 11 and to return to an end surface 111a of an inner peripheral magnetic pole part 111 of the stator 11 again from the end surface 211a of an inner peripheral stepped part 211 of the axis of rotation 2 is formed. A side surface 211b of the stepped part 211 and a side surface 112b of the outer peripheral magnetic pole part 112 are made to face against each other in the diametrical direction of the axis of rotation 2, and the inner peripheral magnetic pole part 111 and the outer peripheral magnetic pole part 112 are positioned at different positions in the axial direction.
