Abstract:
To inhibit wear between at least one of a first bearing ring and a second bearing ring and a retainer in a thrust roller bearing.SOLUTION: A thrust roller bearing 10 includes: a first bearing ring 11; a second bearing ring 12; rollers 13; and a retainer 14 which retains the rollers 13. The first bearing ring 11 has a first annular part 15 and a first cylinder part 17. The second bearing ring 12 has a second annular part 18 and a second cylinder part 20. The retainer 14 has: an outer annular part 23 which may contact with an inner peripheral surface 21 of the first cylinder part 17; an inner annular part 24 which may contact with an outer peripheral surface 22 of the second cylinder part 20; and pillar parts 25 connecting the outer annular part 23 with the inner annular part 24. Fine recessed parts 35 are formed on at least one of the inner peripheral surface 21 of the first cylinder part 17 and the outer peripheral surface 22 of the second cylinder part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
