To provide a thrust roller bearing appropriate for uses to support various load from a light load to a normal load, and to facilitate control of a mutual difference of the roller diameters in a stage of manufacturing the bearing.
A shaft bearing washer 1, a housing bearing washer 2 and a plurality of rollers 3 are respectively formed from a steel having 206 GPa or less of Young's modulus. A mutual difference of the roller diameter between the roller 3 having the maximum roller diameter Da1 and the roller 3 having the minimum roller diameter Da2 is set at 3 μm and below. The roller 3 has a hollow part 6 formed into a concentric circle in any plane vertical to the roller center axis, and the hollow parts 6 of all the rollers 3 are provided at a hollow part diameter 0.5-0.6 time of the maximum roller diameter Da1 in any of the planes.
