PURPOSE: To eliminate the problem of pricking holes in photograph or poster when a photograph or poster is affixed onto wall by a method wherein double- sided tape or material to bond paper and releasing paper are provided in the order named on the top surface of a thumbtack having an arbitrary shape.

CONSTITUTION: By affixing double-sided tape 2 and releasing paper 3 in the order named on the upper part of a thumbtack main body 1 having an arbitrary shape a thumbtack A is formed. Further, by arranging cushioning stock 5 made of a rubber, a foamed material, a cloth or a synthetic resin on the rear surface of surface, on which a needle 4 is provided, of the thumbtack main body 1 so as to hingedly connect through a joint 6 with the main body 1 another thumbtack B is formed. When the thumbtack A is used, after the thumbtack 1 is pricked to wall, the releasing paper 3 is pulled off and a poster is affixed onto the double-sided tape 2 for use. Furthermore, when the thumbtack B is used, the thumbtack is used by sticking the needle 4 to the wall under the state that paper is pinched between the thumbtack main body 1 and the cushioning stock 5.
