PURPOSE: To correctly cut a ticket form even if there is variance in perforation position and decrease miscut tickets by providing a form sensor which outputs a detection result corresponding to the passage state of a continuous form.

CONSTITUTION: A cutter part 3 has its cutter 3 arranged at a specific distance from a onveyance path and placed in reciprocally moving operation at a right angle to the conveyance path. The form sensor 26 is provided halfway in the conveyance path to the cutter part 3 on the upstream side from a conveyor roller 24, and the output result varies according to the passage state of the continuous form. The output of the form sensor 26 is detected by utilizing a decrease in the output of the form sensor 26 when perforations pass, to find the perforations at a cutting position of the continuous form, and the driving of the cutter 3a of the cutter part 3 is timed on the basis of the perforations. Therefore, even if there is manufacture variance in the shape of perforations of the continuous form, that can correctly be detected.
