PURPOSE: To reduce the cost for material and overall apparatus by providing a printing section which is operative to transfer visible information to a recording medium through a transfer member with the use of an impact printer.

CONSTITUTION: If a ticket issuing command is imparted to ticket paper 1 stored in a hopper 11, the lowermost paper 1 is taken out onto a conveying passage 13 and then conveyed in a held manner by a feed roller couple 14 so that it is fed into a printing section 15. Then, a printer 16 scans a print recorded layer 1a so that the ticket information is recorded in the layer 1a. When the paper 1 is fed into an ultraviolet ray exposure section 18, the printing portion is instantly thermally set into the layer 1a by the flash energy. The paper 1 having its layer 1a recorded is fed to both a writing magnetic head 20 for magnetically writing the magnetic information in a magnetically recording laver 1c and a reading magnetic head 21 for checking the written content so that it may then be discharged as a season ticket K onto a tray 23.
