PURPOSE: To improve the convenience of the users and to save the labor at a station by providing a means to a superexpress ticket vendor to calculate the discounted charge when it is decided that the destination station inputted by a user is connected to a discount route.
CONSTITUTION: The business routes are shown on a map and the station marks are shown on these routes at a destination station selecting part 15 consisting of a map type touch panel. The business routes include the trunk lines and the ordinary lines. When a user touches a destination station, this station is inputted and the connection or non-connection of the station is decided. That is, a main control part 23 decides whether the destination station is included in a trunk line or not after deciding that its own station is included in a truck line. Then the superexpress charge is calculated if both its own and destination stations are included in the trunk line. Meawhile the superexpress charge of the ordinary line is calculated if both stations are included in the ordinary line. The superexpress charge of the ordinary line is discounted with the connection to the ordinary line and the connection to a trunk line from an ordinary line respectively. Thus the discounted superexpress charge is calculated. Then a superexpress ticket is discharged together with the change from a ticket vending device 27, etc.
