To manufacture at low cost a small ticketing device having both a function for processing IC cards and a function for ticketing.

The ticketing device includes: a reader/writer 48 which performs reading and writing to the IC cards; an IC card conveying part 22 which conveys the IC cards along an IC card conveying route R1 connecting a processing port 17 and the reader/writer 48; a paper sheet part 23 on which the tickets are placed; ticketing processing parts 26, 27, 90, 92, 93 which perform processing for ticketing to the tickets; and ticket conveying parts 24, 25, 27, 91, 31 which convey the tickets along a ticket conveying route R3 connecting the paper sheet part 23 with the ticketing processing part and the processing port 17. The IC card conveying part 22 and the ticket conveying part include a shared conveying part 31 provided continuously to the processing port 17. The IC card conveying route R1 and the ticket conveying route R3 are branched from the shared conveying part 31. The shared conveying part 31 is used as either the IC card conveying route R1 or the ticket conveying route R3 to convey the IC cards or the tickets.
