This tie-bolt structure is provided with a tie-bolt 18 to be inserted into a tie-bolt hole bored in plural members to be fastened to integrally fix each member to be fastened and a vibration restricting part 50 for restricting the vibration of the tie-bolt 18 inside of the tie-bolt hole. The vibration restricting part 50 has an abutment part 54 formed to prevent a line of stress generated by the tensile stress working in the axial direction of the tie-bolt 18. With this structure, even if the abutment part 54 is damaged, since the line of stress can not pass through the abutment part 54, enlargement of the damaged part due to the tensile stress is prevented.
