To provide a tightening device which is hard to release, about the device for securely tightening two members to be connected with each other.
The tightening device has a connecting member inserted through the members to be connected and having a spacer being freely rotatable on the connecting member around the connecting member positioned between the members to be connected and a tightening member provided at an end of the connecting member extending outward beyond the connecting member.
