Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening device providing a prescribed tightening force, and a damper providing uniform tightening force with easy assemblage and favorable construction performance.
SOLUTION: A tightening force adjusting cap 31, a disc spring 20, and a force accumulating ring 35 are circularly installed on a bolt shaft part 13, and a nut 38 is tightened to comprise the disc spring 20, so that spring force is accumulated in the tightening device 10. By loosening the nut 38, the accumulated spring force tightens a tightening member 50A and a reaction member 50B. The tightening member 50A and the reaction member 50B are set to be rotatable at one end to form a hinge structure, and a rope member 3 is contained between a support point of a hinge and an installation position of the tightening device 10. A damper 4 for holding the rope member 3 by spring force is thus composed.
