Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a tightening tool capable of releasing the connection even after a rod-shaped body is engaged with jaws by moving a tube rearward, and moving a pair of jaws independently from a jaw case.
CONSTITUTION: A tightening tool is provided with a pair of jaws 16, 16 to be engaged with jaw grips, and a jaw case 19 to bring the jaw grips into close contact with each other and pull and retract the held jaw grips so as to be broken at the breaking part. The broken rod-shaped body is discharged rearward of a hollow housing. A tube 36 which is connected to the rear part of the jaws and extended rearward of the housing 12 so as to allow the broken rod-shaped body to pass the inside is provided in the housing 12, and a moving means which moves the tube rearward and moves a pair of jaws independently from the jaw case 19 is provided to the rear part of the tube 36. This constitution removes the tightening tool from the rod-shaped body without damaging the rod-shaped body.
