PURPOSE: To obtain a pack bag and a pack container which prevent a pack paper burst even when they are heated with food put in them.

CONSTITUTION: Pack paper 1 has a band-like part 2 obtained by making longitudinally two mountain folds 1a and two valley folds 1b outside the mountain folds, and is made of a material whose rear is laminated with a heat seal material. It is structured in such a way that a through-hole or cut 3 is made close to each mountain fold 1a and that a rear further close to each valley fold than the through-hole or cut in a raised part between each mountain fold and valley fold and the rear of the band-like part are weakly bonded together.
