Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile batten bar, a heat insulating material fixing member and a tile roof external heat insulating construction method using these, easy in repairing and remodeling, and easy in disposal and recycling.
SOLUTION: The fixing member 1 is successively arranged on a waterproof sheet 7 laid on a sheathing roof board 6, and then, the tile batten bar 8 is successively fitted to a tile batten bar receiving part 4 formed of a wall part 3 and a bottom plate part 2 of the fixing member 1, and is fixed to the sheathing roof board 6 by a fixing means such as a nail 15a. Next, a heat insulating material 9 is inserted into a heat insulating material receiving part 5 composed of an L-shaped part formed of the outside of a wall part 3 and the bottom plate part 2, and is arranged by hooking a roof tile 16 on the tile batten bar 8, and is fixed to the sheathing roof board 6 and the tile batten bar 8 by a fixing means such as a nail 15b. This invention has an extremely simple structure, and is superior in workability due to being mechanically fixed, and is remarkably improved in durability reliability, and is easy in workability in disassembling, and not only repairing and remodeling but also disposal and recycling can be easily performed.
