Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in regard to a prefabricated form method of tiles, a very convenient tile joint member for the prefabricated form method, which can be easily attached to an adhesive sheet as a substrate when forming a tile sheet and easily detached when removing the substrate from a concrete panel while leakage of cement wash is hardly generated, so that a conventional high-pressure-water wash processing can be skipped for improving workability.
SOLUTION: In a tile joint member for the prefabricated form method applied when manufacturing a tile-burying type concrete panel used for a wall surface such as an exterior wall of a concrete construction, the joint member 3 is a closed cell foam body extrusion-molded. An electron beam irradiation treatment is given to the front face of the closed cell foam body to make a smooth plane 1 whereas the rear face has a roughened plane 2 without being treated with the electron beam irradiation. A tile sheet is formed in such a way that the smooth plane 1 is attached to the adhesive sheet 4 as the substrate and the roughened plane 2 is attached to a sticking surface of the concrete 6.
