PURPOSE: To permit tiles to be effectively combined concurrently or by groups, and freely selected by a method in which tiles are combined and fixed with base plates more strongly, by utilizing dry panels, than when elastic fixing parts are used, by a simplified method, in which tiles are in temporary engagement with base panels.

CONSTITUTION: In a tile panel 1 using a tile 2 whose back side has coupling recess 9 and a base plate 3 whose surface has a coupling projection 14 corresponding to the recess 9, a groove 10 to be a fixing space in the temporary coupled state is formed in any one of the facing faces of the recession 9 of the tile 2 and the projection 14 of the base plate 3. A fixing part 4 of almost the same cross section as the fixing space is inserted into the fixing space to connect the tile 2 and the base plate 3.
