Abstract:
PURPOSE: To resist a strong wind from a batten section side, and to prevent easy displacement of tiles covered on a roof.
CONSTITUTION: A groove 23, in which a tile batten (b) is fitted, is formed to a section placed on the tile batten (b) in the underside 13 of a tile body 11. Projections 24 are formed at an end on the inserting section 27 side of the groove 23 so as to be oppositely faced to projections 20 while holding the groove 23. Another projection 21 is formed between the two projections 20, 20 in the tail section 14 of the underside of the tile body 11.
