Title:
TILE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006118190
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide tile which is completely recycleable, can be set to any shape, is positively secured to a floor even by an adhesive of relatively low adhesive strength by virtue of its light weight, resistant to separation from the floor in spite of walking of persons thereon, facilitates removal of dust clogging in a joint, produceable at a lower cost, and can maintain the flatness of a faced surface when bedded on the floor without warping due to shrinkage of a coating attached to a surface of the tile, even if the tile has a thin thickness.

The tiles 1 are for use, in plurality, in filling the surface of the floor. Each tile is a lamination consisting of a synthetic resin base sheet 10, and a synthetic resin upper sheet 20 which has the same dimension as that of the base sheet 10 and has its surface coated. Herein the base sheet 10 has a thickness thicker than that of the upper sheet 20.
