PURPOSE: To set tiles on a pillar raw material quickly and correctly without requiring a skilled person by simply arranging many tiles circularly at a preset interval around the pillar raw material, and merely filling mortar between circular tiles and the pillar raw material.

CONSTITUTION: A circular substrate 5 is concentrically arranged around a pillar raw material 1 on the floor where the pillar raw material 1 is erected, and many support plates 6 are radially arranged at a constant interval in the peripheral direction so that tile pinch sections 6a provided on the inside edges are faced to each other at the preset tile width α. Tiles 2 are pinched between the tile pinch sections 6a of the support plates 6, mortar is filled in gaps 17 between the tiles 2 and the pillar raw material 1, and the tiles 2 are stuck to the pillar raw material 1 with mortar.
