PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform an efficient work by attaching a rotary tiller and a sprayer to an agricultural tractor, setting plural sub-soilers to the front part of the rotary tiller and reducing the tractive resistance in a tillage and spraying machine capable of performing a spraying work toward the back of the sub-soiler.

CONSTITUTION: Plural sub-soilers 15 are set leaving a space between mutually adjacent sub-soilers 15 in the back-and-forth directions. The space (a) between the mutually adjacently attached sub-soilers and the longitudinal length (b) between the sub-soiler 15 and a guide cylinder 14 of a sprayer (A) set behind it are adjusted so as to satisfy (a/b) ≤5. The longitudinal space (c) between the respective sub-soilers 15 is adjusted to a value within a range of 0.5b to 1b.
