A tilt hinge is formed of a fitting member 10, a rotating shaft 13 supporting an opening/closing body 19, and a frictionturnable driven gear 20. The opening/closing body 19 such as speakers 3, 3 fitted to a deformed large diameter part 13a of the rotating shaft 13, closably to a cathode-ray tube 2 is fixed to a device 1 through the fitting member 10. In the closed state of the opening/closing body 19, a rotating cam member 15 is fitted into a recessed part 12b of a fixed cam member 12, but when the opening/closing body 19 is opened, the rotating cam member 15 is rotated along with the rotating shaft 13. At this time, the rotating cam member 15 slightly slides onto a leaf spring 17 side, and strong friction is generated to the rotating shaft 13.
