Title:
TILT SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3500011
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt sensor by which centering for a top board can be performed easily in a short time.
SOLUTION: In this tilt sensor, an index mark 30 is provided on a perpendicular line formed in the deepest part of a recessed part 3c of a top board 3. The top board 3 is in a turning state during centering work. While observing the index mark 30 of the turning top board 3, the turning center of the top board 3 is made coincide with the index mark 30, thereby enabling centering of the top board 3. In such a centering state, centering of the top board 3 can be performed by grinding the outer periphery of the top board 3.
