Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make removing work of solidified foil unnecessity by preventing the generation of solidified foil itself.
CONSTITUTION: In a tilting metallic mold casting device for pouring molten metal in a pouring basin 5 into the metallic mold by supporting the pouring basin 5 by the metallic mold and integrally tilting this pouring basin 5 with the metallic mold, a heater 15 is arranged in heat insulating member 12 constituting the above pouring basin 5, and receiving surface 5a in the pouring basin 5 is heated to solidified temp. or higher than that of the casting metal with the heater 15.
