PURPOSE: To facilitate easy getting on and off the driver's seat by attaining adequate handle positioning in only one action and eliminating the need for readjustment each time.

CONSTITUTION: Where a lever 12 is moved to the right hand side of the deiver, a rod 26 is moved backward to the axial direction and a connecting projection 38 at the end of connecting arm 29 which is in one body with the rod 26 is removed from a connecting hole 39 is an upper bracket 10. Then, the upper bracket 10 rotates to the direction of arrow A around a connecting shaft 21 due to a tension spring 25, tilting the handle 1 farther than the position H, allowing the driver to get off or on easily. When the driver takes seat and pulls the handle 1 towards him, the upper bracket 10 also moves until the above projection 38 fits into the hole 39, then stops. The titlting angle of the handle 1 is changeable by selecting the connecting hole 39W 41 to which the above projecting 38 is fitted by handling the lever 12.
