Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timber-reinforcing sheet for high frequency adhesion which can obtain strong adhesive force in a short time and is excellent in workability.SOLUTION: In a timber-reinforcing sheet formed of a substrate layer made from a fiber for reinforcement and a resin and woody sheets, where the woody sheets are arranged on both sides of the substrate layer, the woody sheet is formed of sliced timber and/or woody pulp and a thermosetting resin, and a degree of cure of the thermoplastic resin is in a range of 40-90%. Preferably, the thermosetting resin constituting the woody sheets is a phenolic resin, and the resin constituting the substrate layer is an epoxy resin. A method for producing fiber-reinforced timber includes: sticking the timber-reinforcing sheet to a surface of timber; and bonding the timber-reinforcing sheet and the timber by high frequency press.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
