Title:
TIMBER WITH FAR INFRARED RADIATION CHARACTERISTICS, ANTIBACTERIAL, DEODORANT, MILDEWPROOF AND MITE RESISTANCE AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2873195
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give far infrared radiation characteristics, antibacterial, deodorant, mildewproof and mite resistance to a timber by introducing solution of any of composite ceramics into the vacuum processing machine for charging it into the timber, depressurizing it, and sealing the ceramics in the wall hole of the surface layer of the timber.
SOLUTION: Composite ceramics of magnesia having a mixture of a particle size of 5μm or less, serpentine metamorphic rock, or magnesia, zinc oxide, silica and calcium oxide or magnesia, silica and calcium introduced into an agitating tank 1 together with water and dispersant or water are sufficiently mixed and agitated. The ceramic solution is poured in the storage tank 4 of a vacuum processing machine 3, timer to be processed is charged in a pouring tank 6 of the lower surface, and sealed by a cover 7. The tanks 4 and 6 of the machine 3 are depressurized while pouring the ceramic solution in the tank 4. Then, wall holes are opened at the wall hole cell of the charged timer surface layer, the ceramic solution activated by the dispersant is press injected and impregnated.
