The system consists of a data transmitter 10 that is provided with a standard clock generator 11 generating accurate time information, a clock 12 counting time on the basis of time information from the standard clock generator 11, a transmission control section 13 that converts time data of the clock 12 to data with a transmission data format for a terminal, and a transmission section 14 that modulates and transmits data to each terminal and of a terminal 20 that is provided with a reception section 21 that receives modulated data from the data transmitter 10 and demodulates it, an entry section 22 that enters an instruction by using a key switch and a microphone or the like, a clock 23 counting time, an output section 24 that conducts LED display and sound notice by a speaker and a reception control section 25 that controls the components above. The terminal 20 receives time data from the data transmitter 10 to automatically correct the time of the terminal 20.
