Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate arrival time of delivery more accurately.SOLUTION: A time calculation apparatus includes: a delivery route calculation means which determines a delivery route from a delivery station to a destination, on the basis of a positional relationship between the delivery station and a plurality of destinations including a target destination to which a delivery is to be delivered; a standart arrival time calculation means which calculates standard arrival time, which is standard time when the delivery arrives at the target destination, on the basis of the delivery route; and a corrected arrival time calculation means which acquires a current position of the delivery and then, surrounding environment information which is information on an environment around the current position, and corrects the standard arrival time on the basis of the surrounding environment information, to calculate corrected arrival time.
