PURPOSE: To provide the time card system by epoch-making telephone card which distinctively know the attendance records of salesmen and detached workers extremely efficiently and suppress the neglect of the duty of each detached worker.

CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with an attendance managing mechanism 6 which sets data B for discriminating the bearer 4 of a telephone card so that the data B is sent together with charged destination data A by previous input or specific dialing operation, records the time for which the telephone card is used together with the data A and B by the insertion of the telephone card or the specific dialing operation, and stores the data as attendance record data 5 on the bearer 4, and the attendance record data 5 stored by the attendance managing mechanism 6 is sent out to the attendance administrator of the charged destination 3 or a specific place 3 periodically or at a request or the output of the data is sent by mail.
