Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide stable pulse phase difference data of a plurality of pulse signals sent at irregular timing.

CONSTITUTION: A first pulse signal PA and a plurality of detected pulse signals PB at different timing are sent to a pulse phase difference signifying circuit 110 through an input signal switching circuit 100. Pulse phase difference data is obtained by signifying respective phase difference of the first pulse signal PA and a plurality of pulse signals PB. The input signal switching circuit 100 make an input of the following detected pulse signals PB invalid during a prescribed mask period from a time when a previous detected pulse signal PB is sent to the input signal switching circuit 100.
