PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of a system by arraying all of word information strings and synchronizing signals of plural signals in string directions on isochronal basis, and using an analog synchronizing signal as the synchronizing signals.
CONSTITUTION: Respective word information strings A1∼A4∼F1∼F4 of plural signals A∼F and respective signal strings L∼O are all arrayed in respective string directions on isochronal basis. The synchronizing signal consists of both analog synchronizing signal S and digital synchronizing code strings N1∼N4. A base band signal in the format shown in the figure is inputted to an input terminal 1 and a timing pulse generating circuit 7 for sampling specific channel words counts clock pulses on the basis of a count command from a synchronizing code detecting circuit 6 by an analog synchronizing signal separating circuit 2, clock pulse generating circuit 3, and digital synchronizing signal sampling pulse generating circuit 4 which delays the analog synchronizing signal to time necessary specific channel word strings shown by A∼F and; and a specific channel word in a shift register 5 is outputted to an output terminal 9 through a gate 8.
