PURPOSE: To attain signal exchange at high speed and broad band by providing a counter circuit, an exchange information storage circuit, a comparator circuit, a transmission information holding circuit and a shift register so as to constitute the titled switch without using any memory element.

CONSTITUTION: The counter circuit 100 counts a pulse synchronously with an incoming channel of an incoming highway 2 and outputs an incoming channel number. The exchange information holding circuit 200 holds the exchange information of the incoming channel of the highway 2 and the outgoing channel of the outgoing highway 3. Then the comparator 300 compares the incoming channel number outputted from the circuit 100 with the exchange information held in the circuit 200 to designate the outgoing channel of the highway 3 transferring the transfer information from the highway 2. Then a transmission information holding circuit 400 stores the transmission information sent by each incoming channel of the highway 2 by the designation from the circuit 300, a shift register 500 extracts and stores the stored content of the circuit 400 and sends each transmission information to the highway 3 synchronously with the outgoing channel of the highway 3. Thus, the signal conversion at a high speed with broad band is attained.
