To provide a system for immediately reporting to a presenter whether of not an electronic presentation document is presented within a required time- condition set for receiving the presentation document of the type.
A gateway to the network of a latent presenter polls information gathered to a presentation required condition center and generates a token corresponding to a presentation time limit at present. At the time of receiving a request to electronic presentation from a presentation program 10, the gateway 6 searches the record for the token 8 corresponding to a presentation type. In the case that the token 8 is found, it is returned to the presentation program so as to be packed with the presentation document. In the case that the token 8 is not found, an electronic message like an error flag is returned to the presentation program and the presenter immediately recognizes that the presentation document misses the time limit.
