A management device 20 is applied to a storage facility provided with a storage warehouse 1 of a steel plate coil and a ceiling crane 12 for conveying a coil W in the storage warehouse 1. The management device 20 has a management device body provided with a stock information memory means for memorizing the number of stock of the coil W, a various data memory means for memorizing the maximum number of the coil W or the like placeable on a coil yard 10, and a transferring time operation means for operating an expectation time of a required time when the coil W to be conveyed is transferred from the coil yard to a conveying truck based on the information memorized in the respective memory means or the like according to conveying requirement of the coil W; and a display device for displaying the expectation time determined by the transferring time operation means as a forecasting value of the required time.
