Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically judge the work shifts of respective persons at the time of attending and leaving by taking out the start time and end time of the respective work shifts from a parameter file and comparing the time of an intermediate point between start time and end time with present time.
CONSTITUTION: An intermediate point system by start time is to scan the work shift parameter file of RAM when a time card is inserted, to take out start time of the respective work shifts, to develop them into a previous day before take-out, a present day and a next day, to obtain the intermediate points (a), (b), A and B of respective start time and to compare the time of the respective intermediate points (a)-B and the present time of an internal clock 23 so as to judge the work shift. A time zone (n1+m2) after the intermediate point (a) and less than (b) is set to be a work shift 2, and a time zone (n2+m1) after the intermediate point (b) and less than A is set to be a work shift 1. Since input can be executed without totally being concerned in the work shift in an operation at the time of attending and leaving, the input operation can be simplified.
