The time recorder device includes a clock means 33 for outputting time information, a display means 35 for displaying the present time, a printing means 37 for printing a clock-in time and a clock-out time on a time card, and a communication means 45 can communicating with a standard time information distribution device 10, and the communication means 45 communicates with the standard time information distribution device 10 to take in standard time information when a prescribed time passes or at arbitrary timing. The clock information of the clock means is corrected on the basis of the taken standard time information, and the corrected present time is displayed on the display means 35, and the clock-in time or the clock-out time is printed on the time card on the basis of the corrected clock information.
