Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the transmission and reception operations with a facsimile equipment and to make the operations suitable for a time recorder system by using an 10 card as a tin card without using a printer and displaying the work data for which an arithmetic processing is performed on a display device.
CONSTITUTION: When a writing interruption processing in the RAN 6 B of a time recorder 1 is performed for a message or set data by using a FAX 9, 9m processing is performed in the following procedure. Namely, if a FAX reception is decided, the character for FAX communication is displayed on the display part 3b of a display part 3 composing the recorder 1. Next, whether the reception data from the FAX 9 exists or not is decided. If the data exists, the processing is made to proceed. If the data does not exist, the state of a FAX off switch 4c is investigated. If the switch is turned on, the processing is made to proceed in the following procedure. Namely, image data is converted into numerical data and the data is received, and if all the receptions are completed, whether data is message data or not is decided. If the data is the message data, the data is made to be written in individual and all employees common files.
