This time recorder system accumulates recorded data including employee recognition data, a recorded date and hour, and recording types. The time recorder system has a direct advance/direct return data forming and adding means for taking-in future date and hour after executing employee recognition at the time of direct advance or direct return operation, creating the recorded data including a date and an hour in the recorded date and hour, including direct advance and direct return in the recording types and additionally accumulating the recorded data. In addition, the time recorder system has a non-recording confirming means for determining whether non-recording occurs in the past when new recorded data are created and storing the occurrence of the non-recording in conjunction with an employee when the non-recording occurs, and a non-recording occurrence displaying means for displaying the occurrence of non-recording when the employee with the occurrence of non-recording operates.
