Abstract:
PURPOSE: To automatically determine an arrival/leaving section only by reporting exceptional duty and to omit arrival/leaving section key input operation which is complicated and has many errors by providing this time recorder with a parameter file defining an arrival/leaving section to be specified in each exceptional duty.
CONSTITUTION: The parameter file defining arrival/leaving sections (arrival, leaving, going-out, and return) to be specified in each exceptional duty such as direct going and direct return is stored in a ROM 11 together with an exceptional code. Whether a code reader 3 checks the insertion of an exceptional duty card or not is judged, and when the judged result is YES, the exceptional duty code is read out from the card and the name of the read exceptional duty is displayed on a display device 4. The parameter file stored in the ROM 11 is scanned, an arrival/leaving section inseparably corresponding to the exceptional duty is automatically specified from the parameter file and a key lamp in the specified arrival/leaving section is turned on.
