Abstract:
PURPOSE: To completely prevent an internal clock from being illegally corrected by remaining the record of a time change when the change of date and time is decided by an internal clock change deciding means and attendance data are inputted for the first time after the decision.
CONSTITUTION: The change of date and time of an internal clock 8 is decided by the internal clock change deciding means, the record of the time change is remained by a time change recording means when the attendance data are inputted for the first time after that decision, and this record is continuously remained by a change record continuing means for the lapse of time set in advance. Further, the date and time of the internal clock 8 are changed, the difference of date and time before and after the change is calculated and stored in a data memory 7. When the absolute value of this date/time difference is more than reference time, the record of time change is recorded in the time recorder by a date/time difference deciding means, and the date/time difference in the data memory 7 is corrected into $0' by a date/time difference correcting means. At such a time, this correction is performed after the lapse of time previously decided by a correction time control means. Therefore, illegal correction can be prevented.
