To provide an electronic time recorder, with which the disorder of a clock is automatically corrected.

A radio clock 1 is built in the time recorder and time is automatically calibrated by a standard time radio wave. In the calibration, that time is stored on a ROM and can be successively displayed as a calibration history. The probability of successful receiving at that install place can be judged from the calibration history and when the number of times of successful receiving is extremely little, by changing the install place to the place of much better radio wave state, the radio clock 1 can be exactly operated.
