The time recorder 1 is provided with an RFID reader/writer 20, and when an RFID reading/writing key switch 7 is depressed, attending/leaving time data can be written in an RFID clip 21. In a business trip, an employee carries the RFID clip to write the attending/leaving time data in the RFID clip by the local timer recorder 1. When coming back from the business trip, the employee mounts the RFID clip on his or her own time card C, and inserts the time card into the time recorder he or she uses on regular basis to read the attending/leaving time data at the business trip destination from the RFID clip, and to perform time print on the time card and data storage in a memory.
