A control part 110 receives an operation input by an operation key of an operation part 140, and stores in a RAM 112 a period in which a start time set by a function as start time change setting means of the control part 110 is changed and information showing the start time changed during the change period, and automatically changes information showing the normal start time stored in the RAM 112 by the function as start time change means of the control part 110 to information showing the changed start time stored in the RAM 112 during the change period on the basis of information showing the change period stored in the RAM 112 and the time information acquired by a function as clock means of the control part 110.
