Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a channel even in the case of fixed type time division multiple address communication where subscription and retire of stations are frequently conducted like aircrafts.
SOLUTION: A retire monitor means 3 monitors a received time slot to monitor a retired station. Furthermore, a subscription monitor means 8 monitors the received time slot to monitor re-subscription of a retired station. A retire management means 4 re-assigns a time slot when a station is retried. Moreover, the subscription means 9 re-assigns a time slot when a retired station makes re-subscription.
