To correctly print-output a prescribed time several hours later or a fixed prescribed without advancing a clock each time by counting a prescribed time after the lapse of necessary hours set from a present time and allowing a printer to print this prescribed time.

This system is composed of a timer mechanism counting the present time, a necessary hours setting means, a prescribed time counting means and a prescribed time printing means. The prescribed time counting means counts the prescribed time after the lapse of the necessary hours set from a present time based on a printing command by the necessary hours setting means and the prescribed time printing means allows the printer to print this prescribed time. This time stamp is composed of CPU 10, a display part 11, a timer control part 12, a paper detecting part 13, a print control part 14 connecting the printer 15, the printer 15, a counter control part 16 and a key input part 17. Then each part of these 11 to 17 is connected to CPU 10 and respectively controlled- operates under the monitoring of CPU 10.
